Frederick S. Ey, M.D., FACP

Frederick S. Ey, M.D., F.A.C.P. earned his Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Boston University in 1975 and received his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1984. He subsequently completed a Fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at Oregon Health Sciences University where he remained as Assistant Professor of Medicine until 1993. Dr. Ey joined Pacific Oncology on September 1, 1999. Dr. Ey’s main hematology interests include disorders of hemostasis and thrombosis, especially hemophila, and non-neoplastic hematology. In oncology, his main interests are in thoracic oncology and gastro-intestinal malignancies. Dr. Ey served as Medical Director for the Providence St. Vincent Hospice program for 10 years and continues to have a major interest in palliative and end-of-life care.
